Searching a Text field?

I want to search a text field to return multiple instances of my
search criteria so I can apply a count to find out how many time
it appears in that particular piece of text. For EG: searching a
webpage stored in a DB field called content using %<link% to find out how many stylesheets appear in it? Any thoughts? Fuzzy
