indulging my not so guilty pleasure of watching 80s/90s cartoons on Youtube. Always brings a smile to my face :)

Found a great theory about Inspector Gadget.

Think it's cool and plausible. Been disproved by a toy line but that don't mean much. I really like it anyway.

Big fan of She-Ra, Jem and Thundercats. Also a fan of Animaniacs and Tiny Toon Adventures but they were 90s for me.

The Shoe People makes my Mum groan every time it's mentioned as I used to watch that over and over.

If there was a channel that showed 80s and 90s shows I would definitely watch that!

What are your favourite cartoons?

I haven't posted in a while. Sometimes I don't have much to say. Or what I do have to say is not interesting. I have gathered that it is time to delete my LJ yes?

I've just checked and all my posts are backed up here.
I'm just busy doing other stuff but I do think of you all.How is everybody?

Which computer manufacturers offer the best customer service and warranties in the UK? Looking to upgrade my system soon. My existing acer model went wrong after 13 months. 1 month out of warranty. Need at least 4 USB ports for printer, external HD, graphic tablet and USB hub.

Not looking to switch to Mac, love to but currently out of price range.

Hope you all have a great Holiday Season. For those of you that are having a rough time of it, I'm especially keeping you in my thoughts.

*hugs you all*

You remember me asking about crafts I could do notwithstanding my limitations. I eventually found some black paper ones where you scratch a design to reveal the rainbow colours underneath. Here is the result...

Hi [personal profile] miss_s_b ,

Just to let you know the cards have arrived. They had been placed the cards in a plastic wallet as the envelope had split. Cards are not damaged though. When mine arrive to you, please could you let me know what condition they arrive in.

Thank you very much.

Spent the afternoon at my godmother's at it was her birthday. That meant I also got to spend time with my gorgeous but naughty boy. I can only see him in the summer months as I cannot get into the house due to access issues.

"His Handsome Self aka The Love Of My Life )

I bought him an indestructible dog toy. Lasted less than an hour before he chewed part of it. Naughty Boy! We shall be sticking to rope ball toys in the future. For those interested Bill is is a five year old chocolate Labrador.

*looks at him adoringly*

PSA: [livejournal.com profile] angelout2killme I downloaded those files thanks x

Probably of interest only to me but here are the games and why I am getting rid of them.

Spore Creatures - Interesting concept but got bored of the game play. Story was not enough to hold my attention.

Spectrobes - Love creating and feeding the creatures but not interested in the battles.

Star Trek Tactical Assault - Bought this to replace a PC version that no longer worked. Prefer the PC version which unfortunately I no longer have. Probably couldn't get it to work on Vista or XP :(

Sims 2 Pets - First DS game I ever bought. Limited gameplay and got boring quickly. Sims 3 on DS is now my Sims fix since my laptop hardware is probably not up to running PC version. The Sims 2 PC version has securom on it! Yuck!

Theme park. DS screen too small really to pick out  details. To be honest I was hoping this would be an alternative to RollerCoaster  Tycoon 1 on the PC which I loved.

Wacky Races Crash & Dash - Would have loved this but my mobility issues meant that steering with the D Pad was too difficult for me.

Hotel Dusk Room  215 - In theory I should like this as I love the Phoenix Wright and Professor Layton series of games but I found it too difficult to work out what to do and the repetition of dialogue bored me. It was on the 'maybe' list until I realised I didn't care to find out what happened in the story.

Harvest Moon DS - I never understood why this was a loved franchise as I didn't see the point in it. Not much seemed to happen. Admittedly, this is regarded as the weakest game in the franchise.

I like creating characters but I don't like fighting just for the sake of it, yet I love Dragon Quest IX but DQIX has a strong story and universe to play in which Spectrobes and Spore Creatures did not. My favourites games have a story/universe that I can immerse myself in. An interactive story with rich characters that I can care about. Games in the Layton series and DQIX made me have a lump in my throat at certain points.
