Plus

Typically individuals such as freelance designers will choose a Plus plan, then either retain the site ownership and pay, often charging their clients an annual hosting or service fee. Or they will transfer the project to a client, who will sign up for their own plan so the designer isn’t on the hook to pay.

Pro

Typically individuals and agencies that publish multiple brand guidelines for numerous clients. They often retain ownership of the projects, which is why the Pro plan has unlimited projects. In cases where a client wants to own their brand guideline site, we’ve seen them sign up for Pro and then invite outside designers as editors.

Enterprise

This plan is primarily for in-house teams at companies that require enhanced security options, custom service agreements, and increased storage. Some agencies choose the Enterprise plan in order to increase storage and access the SSO publishing features.
