Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing a degradation of the Vibe Portal. We found out that some users are unable to login to the Bazaarvoice Vibe Portal. Kindly note that this issue does not affect Ratings and Reviews Portal (portal.bazaarvoice.com). A root cause is yet to be determined but we are actively investigating. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

Bazaarvoice has resolved the issue that was causing a degradation of the Portal: Insights application to have a 24 hour delay to the data available in Insights. The Portal - Insights application is now working as expected.
