What’s changing ?

* Files are handled as pass-through and forwarded directly to our EAN Gateway.
* No validation or transformation is applied.

Impact
* During deployment, the API may experience slower response times.
* No service interruption is expected.
* The change is backward-compatible, and no action is required unless you plan to use the new functionality.

Completed - Summary
The planned update to improve stability and scalability of our outbound integrations — including updating the IP addresses for all outbound connections — has been postponed.

Status
The change will not be executed at this time due to internal prioritization.

Action Required
No action is required at this point.
If you have already whitelisted the announced IP addresses, they can safely remain in place.

Impact
There is no change to current behavior.
Outbound requests from FarPay will continue to originate from the existing IP addresses.
Inbound services (SFTP, API endpoints, etc.) are unaffected and continue to operate as normal.

Next Steps
We will communicate a new timeline once the update is rescheduled.

Feb 18, 11:10 UTC
Scheduled - Summary:
To improve stability and scalability of our outbound integrations,
FarPay will be updating the IP addresses for all outbound connections.

Action Required:
Please ensure that the following public IP addresses are whitelisted in your firewall
or allowlist rules by the date above:

20.234.101.246
74.234.98.59

Impact:
Outbound requests from FarPay (e.g., webhooks, API calls) will originate from these IPs.
No inbound services (SFTP, API endpoints, etc.) are affected.
Existing connections to our inbound services continue to work as normal.

Reason for Change:
This update centralizes outbound traffic providing stable IPs.
