RESOLVED

The incident has been resolved. Service is now operating normally. We experienced network instability on the Outscale infrastructure (EU-3), resulting in some requests returning HTTP 502 responses. A subset of user requests in the Outscale zones were affected and returned 502 errors between 16:45 UTC and 16:59 UTC.

We are currently investigating an incident affecting the Europe 3 (EU-3) region, related to our infrastructure provider (Outscale). This incident may cause service degradation or unavailability. Our teams are actively investigating and working with the provider to restore full service as soon as possible. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

The deployment of a security patch in the platform's FTP and SFTP connection management had the side effect of blocking certain FTP sources. We are rolling back this patch for the time being.
