    In parallel, we are moving the affected servers to another node using the latest backups. Once the servers are moved, we will provide an update.

    Network Network Connectivity Incident – Nottingham (NG) Data Centre

    We are currently experiencing a Network related issue at our Nottingham Data Center that is affecting the availability of some services. Our teams are investigating and working to restore normal operation as quickly as possible.

    Further updates will be shared here as they become available.

  • Services hosted from the Nottingham data centre are now fully operational, and connectivity has been re-established.

    We are continuing to work with our data centre operators to identify the root cause of the earlier outage. A further update will be provided once the investigation is complete.

  • We’ve been informed that the issue has been identified as a core network problem at the Nottingham Data Centre. The DC team is currently investigating to pinpoint the root cause and working toward resolution and we’ll update once a clearer resolution timeline is provided.

    VPS Performance issue on node (NG2-LINVPS-006)

    Dear Customer,

    Due to I/O issues on one of our VPS hosts(NG2-LINVPS-006), we need to power down all virtual machines on the affected host and migrate them to a redundant host. All VMs will be powered back on once the migration is complete.

    Nottingham Datacentre Power Issues

    We are currently experiencing a power-related issue at our Nottingham datacentre that is affecting the availability of some services.

  • The manufacturer's specialist engineers have resolved the power distribution issues and all services should now be back online.

    Please contact the support team if you are still experiencing issues.

  • A fault has been identified in part of the power distribution infrastructure and specialist engineers from the manufactures are heading to site.
