OpenAthens Support Portal Upgrade

Scheduled - We are changing our support portal to move to an enhanced platform, which means things may look a bit different for our customers.
The new web address will be https://support.openathens.net/jsm/openathens/customer/portal/4, and while we will eventually have an automatic redirect in place from the current web address, this is not yet the case, so please take care to update your bookmarks in the meantime.
This migration will happen on 1 December 2025 between 06:00 and 09:00 GMT. We will communicate any further information via email.

All ongoing tickets will be migrated to the new support portal. No action will be needed on our customers part.
