Resolved -
Due to an issue at our external exchange rate provider, it was temporarily not possible to initiate transactions in some currencies (e.g. DKK) between 15:00 and 16:32 on our legacy processing platform.
The issue has been resolved on our side and transactions are now being processed normally again. For these transactions, we are currently using the exchange rate from the previous day.
The multi-core platform was not affected by this incident; transactions on that platform continued to be processed normally throughout. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
