Payment service had reduced level of service between 11:20 - 11:47, part of the payments were unsuccessful during this period. The issue was due to internal changes, that were reverted immediately to return the service level to normal. We are investigating the root cause and we apologise for the inconvenience.

OP Bank currently has technical issues that causes OP bank and card payments to fail. We will update this incident when functionality returns.

The issue has been fixed with Mastercard. The payments and refunds have been working normally since 14:16. The authorization holds that are due to failed payments will be cancelled today.

Technical issue has affected Mastercard payments and refunds since 5.1. Monday 08:00. The issue affects all Mastercard related activity, including Mobilepay, ApplePay and GooglePay.
Issue is caused by problem between card acquiring service and Mastercard and they are troubleshooting the issue. We'll update the status when the issue is fixed.

Paytrail web pages are temporarily down.
Cloudflare is having maintenance to its services, this is affecting our web page hosting service at Hubspot, causing our web pages to be unreachable.
You can reach our merchant portal normally going directly to https://merchant.paytrail.com/
Note, this does not affect the functionality of the payment service, payments are functioning normally as long as the web store in question doesn't rely on service provider using Cloudflare or directly using Cloudflare.
