Scheduled Maintenance

Wireless IPX DNS upgrade Feb 24, 2026 06:00-08:00 UTC

We will be performing a planned upgrade to our Wireless DNS service infrastructure supporting IPX partners. This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to improve platform resilience, scalability, and overall service performance. The upgrade involves backend system enhancements and software updates within the DNS service layer.

No impact to end-user traffic or DNS query resolution is expected during this maintenance window. The activity will be conducted in a controlled manner, leveraging service redundancy to ensure continuity.

Our engineering and network operations teams will actively monitor the platform throughout the maintenance window. A rollback plan is in place should it be required. If you observe any unexpected behavior during the maintenance window, please contact our support team immediately.

Wireless IPX Failover Testing (Australia) Feb 24, 2026 11:30-13:30 UTC

We will be conducting failover testing on an IPX circuit at our Sydney point of presence. This is required in preparation for upcoming infrastructure upgrades at the Sydney site.

During this window, customers with traffic routed through IPX in the Australia region may experience brief intermittent connectivity issues. Our engineering team will be actively monitoring throughout the maintenance window and will work to minimize any disruption.

Update - We are currently investigating reports of failures when adding long code numbers to 10DLC campaigns for AT&T.

Our downstream partner has been engaged and is actively working with the carrier toward resolution.

We will share further updates as soon as additional information becomes available.

NOTE: This issue only impacts externally vetted brands that had campaigns created before they went through external vetting. For Brands that require external vetting, do so before creating campaigns.
