How long has it been?
Well, sorry it's been so long folks! So much has changed!! I'm a junior now...and loving it! Second trimester is one day from being over and I'm super excited! I am currently learning how to play Love Story by Taylor Swift on the piano. It's pretty cool. Well, look me up on Facebook! Just search Allison Susanne De Arton and I should come up!! Happy (almost) Spring!

Tag-I'm it!
Alright, I have been tagged by Ann-Michelle. 6 random facts? Well, hopefully I can think of some.
1. I like to try new things. I don't like giving up, and I try my best to keep at things. (We'll see how that goes once school starts..)
2. I like to be funny, but hey, I'm only 15 and how funny can you be at 15?
3. Like Ann-Michelle said, I love to write stories. I like to just make up stories and put them on paper and hopefully one day, they'll be something more than that.
4. I really enjoy talking to my siblings and finding out how similar or different we are. I don't know why, but I really like hearing my older sisters' stories about when they were growing up and how things were for them.
5. I like to make No-Bakes. The first summer we lived here in I.F., I made No-Bakes like no other. It was fun, and since my mom has found little secrets to help perfect the recipe, I believe I make pretty good No-Bakes. :D
6. And finally...I like learning new languages. Preferably German, but, I don't know, it's just fun to me. It's really interesting to me.
OK, there we go. All the people I would've tagged have all been tagged, so I'm covered :) (Thanks Ann-Michelle!)

Thank you Elise!

Elise was generous enough to give me her old digital camera. Even though the LCD screen will probably never work again, it's still a camera. Here are some 4th of July pictures I took while we were at the park.
This was Me, Kristie, and Thomas. Tom was just making funny faces.

This is Gordon, Thomas, Brynn, and Graham in their cute little outfits.
Todd Freed was throwing Gordon and Brynn in the air. I wasn't able to catch their highest position, but the pictures still turned out cool. And Finally...
Ann-Michelle had a really cute dress. I also like Elise's shirt and Mom's too.Well, I took a bunch of other pictures, but (being that I'm new at the whole picture thing) I didn't put them all on. Well, thanks for reading!

I've been Tagged!
1) Each player starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
2) People who are tagged need to write a post on their own blog (about their eight things) and post these rules.
3) At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names.
1) I love typing. I don't know why but, especially on laptops, I just love typing.
2) I like getting new mail, or comments, or emails, or messages. I personally think it's cool. But..who doesn't?
3) Taquitos! Ah yes, I love those little frozen things once they are cooked. Especially with sour cream! Yum!
4) I really love Milk Chocolate Symphony bars by Hershey. I can't even describe how much I love that candy.
5) I really enjoy running. Although I don't do it as often as I should, I really like running and the burn you feel after you've run for a while.
6) Beef Stroganaugh. Very Tasty!
7) I like writing. Actually, I love writing. Case in point-when I was in eighth grade my teacher Mrs. Aley had to tell me to cut down my writing because it was too much. :)
And finally...
8) I love climbing. When we lived in Washington, I used to climb trees a lot when I was younger, but I don't climb as often now. I still like it though :)

Almost There!
Alright, quick update. There's only 12 days until I get me Driving Permit. 22 days until we go to Oregon, 27 days until I go to California, and finally, 62 days until my 16th birthday! Yay!! So, I know it's a little late, but I'd like to say happy birthday to: Elise (June 19th), Ann-Michelle(March 28th), Todd Flatland (February 14th), and Caitlan (January 16th). OK, maybe not a little late, maybe way late. Sorry! But anyways, Happy Belated Birthday and I hope you all are enjoying your summers!

Work in Progress
I'm still working on my blog..My link list is small, but I'm working on it. :) My summer is going well. Yesterday I got up to 50 mph on my drive. That was really scary but a little fun..all at the same time! I've had a chance to actually have a life now..talking to old friends and having fun times. It's great, I must say. So news for the day: My cousins who live in Florida are coming to visit tonight...we hope. They're driving ALL the way to Alaska!! Whew! But it'll be fun if we get to see them...it's been like 6 years now!!! Ok, well I think I am done with this post, thanks for reading!! :)

Man, was that embarrassing?
Alright, so today (like every other day) I went for a float at noon with Erin from next door. We were done in the canale so we were headed down the road to her four wheeler..when it happened. So here's the background. I've known my friend Logan for the past 3 or 4 months now. He went to Tennesse for the week so yeah...So as we were walking down the road, I saw this kid who was talking and looking exactly like Logan. So what do I do? My first instinct is to run up and say hi. No, instead I yell, "LOGAN!!". As it turns out, it was NOT Logan. I can laugh about it now..sort of but still, I was very embarrassed. Thanks for reading! :)
