P 007 - Final Fantasy/Dissidia rant XD

They run along the same canon!
Why else would they keep referencing things back to their original game? Sure that Dissidia and the Final Fantasy games are two different things with different stories, but they keep referencing things back to where they came from! If that weren't the case, why the hell else would Firion keep mentioning his dreams about wild roses? Why else would Tidus even whine/wank continuously about his dad?

But yeah. This is actually related to roleplay. There are RP communities that take, for example, a FF8 Squall and a Dissidia Squall. I mean, to an extent, I can see why they'd do FF8 Squall and Kingdom Hearts Squall. But Dissidia Squall? Umm... SAME PERSON!

I actually don't have much to do left. Just put together the coat and put the designs on his shoulder. And I need to line the sleeves. Can't wait until it's put together.

P 002 - Workstuff

So my boss took me aside and asked me if something was going on. I've been throwing way too many comments about the phones and the people that call us. I really didn't tell him anything because I know we would get nowhere. I mean,batsu has already said before that we're treated differently because we're guys. And also, we don't have kids.
That's still bullshit. Ain't that called... oh, I dunno. Discrimination? I mean, I have every right to rant and rave about this place just like anyone else in here. I mean seriously. The customers who call us and the sales reps who ask for miniscule shit have become nothing short of unbearable.
Add on to the fact that we're not allowed overtime and a certain sales rep calls us and keeps us on the phone until after 6. This past Monday was the third time he did it. The second time, I believe last week Tuesday, the VP of the company was here when that happened. I told my boss that this sales rep can't keep doing this because we don't get paid overtime. The VP confirmed what I said from the other side of the office space.
And then my boss wonders why I throw in editorials, as he like to put it, whenever I get done with phone calls.
And we've been dancing this shit for over 3 years now. Only once have I gotten a raise. The other two ladies that work with us don't do jack shit, and probably can't do the same jack shit thatbatsu and I can.
One of the sales reps is going to Japan come early October and I have to babysit his accounts. If I'm not allowed to bitch, whine, and moan about them, then I'm going to blow this joint. I'm seriously sick of the double standard bullshit here. I've been dancing this fucking shit for years now and if they want to keep my sanity here, they're gonna have to let me vent.
Work ethics? Bitch, please. Most people here (including my boss and the VP himself) cuss like sailors. It's unprofessional? Out the window when the VP himself used the word "bitch" in a casual conversation in the workplace so fuck that.
If our economy wasn't such crap, then I'd fucking leave this place. But I need the damn money. And I have bills to pay. Damn it.
