if you want to be my friend, do so. i'm not playing games anymore. but -- do no ask me for any favors, cause i do enough as it is for everyone, and no one ever appeciates it, don't come crying to me when you fuck up, as i have enough to deal with.

if you aren't going to make any effort to come see me or talk to me, in person or online, then lets cut it off now.

no one is left out of this, this goes for everyone. sometimes i wonder if my friends just want favors from me, or actually just want to be my friend.

if this sounds harsh, good, that's how it is supposed to sound because i'm not gonna sugarcoat this anymore. if you want to be my friend, that's fine, but understand it takes more than one person to have a relationship.

and don't question anything i do, or any way i think, or why i won't talk to you about personal stuff. it is my choice, leave it at that.

i don't own anyone an explanation about anything. i am quite sick and tired of feeling like i am carrying excess baggage around though. it's either you want to be my friend or you don't, there isn't an in between here people.

that's all i have to say, and i don't care who's feathers got ruffled from that either. i always try to listen to everyone, to be there for everyone, to do things for people, but that doesn't mean i'm gonna fuckin not tell you how it is.

i'm removing people from my friends list again. not to many people comment on my journal, so why bother even having them on my friends list? that's what i wondered. nothing personal, unless you are that shallow and feel that you should take it as some big blow. if you don't interact with me, i can't interact with you.

if you want to be re-added, let me know. it just seems silly to waste your journal space (clutter up your friends list) with my mindless ramblings if you aren't going to comment on any of them. i realize it's stupid, but that's how these things are. same goes for me not commenting on yours, etc.

i guess we aren't having band practice. no one has made an effort to contact me today, so fuck it, i'm going back to bed.

We stood our ground waiting for the fight to begin. My eyes squinted at the sun, wondering if they'd swing or run. I tell no lie: jackknives in socks, they're all gonna die. Tensions rise. Pre-pubes swarm the hill like flies. Get the caskets ready, we're going to tear right through this city. That's if the anger don't, that's if the boredom don't, the drinking don't intercept this north-end horde. Who am I? Fighting a war that I can't win. Swelling with things we try to hide. You never leave anyone behind. A harsh return that slaps you in the face. For one last chance, we leave this place. We're all packing up and moving on. I've got a war in the head. Fear our lives won't pass as great events. A better prospect hides up ahead. Do you feel it in the air? We've been crushed beyond oblivion. Farce and death walk hand in hand. Graves and memorial walls hold my family name. Pills and bottles do the same. I hope that freedom's coming our way.

The fight never happened. The crowd petered out. We all dribbled home. Mission accomplished.
