Dispute / Resident Report Policy
OSgrid Support does NOT mediate disputes between residents.
Reports are reviewed only when they are deemed necessary and within our scope. We will NOT handle:
- Personal quarrels, "drama", childish behavior, or relationship / couple issues.
- Claims without credible evidence.
- Any conflicts involving paid services offered by third parties (companies/residents) on or around OSgrid, including (non-exhaustive):
region rentals, virtual currency / payment services (e.g., OpenSim-compatible currencies, Gloebit, etc.), or any private commercial agreement.
OSgrid remains strictly neutral regarding resident-to-resident conflicts and third-party transactions.
We intervene ONLY in cases involving a REAL, VERIFIED, and REPEATED threat, supported by clear evidence and/or logs.
