Benson Loves to Fish

Benson asks me almost everyday if I can take him fishing. I take him wherever we can find a spot. Such a cute.

Cincinnati Festival of Faiths

Our stake choir sings at this event every year and I always look forward to it. I love that there are still people out there that want all religions to come together and celebrate our faiths together. We loved celebrating what we have in common, and that we are all in this together. It was powerful experiencing that kind of unity. 

Spartan Super Michigan 2019

This was my favorite spartan race yet, I love the distance of 8 miles, the weather was perfect, the obstacles were challenging but I was able to do them, I got to run with good friends and side by side with Andy most of the way, everything about it was ideal. This was the super in Michigan, so it was even a little chilly, which was perfect for running, but made the dunk wall freezing!!! but also super refreshing and rejuvenating. I got number 2 in my age group and 14th overall for the women. We went out to eat afterwards and got some ice cream. We chatted and laughed together all the way home in the same car. It was the perfect day, I am so grateful for a strong healthy body and a Husband who likes to do these crazy things with me. We had so much fun together.
