Next is the new restaurant by renowned hospitality entrepreneur Sjoerd Steenbeek, also known for PLLEK at the NDSM Wharf in Amsterdam Noord. The restaurant is conceived as a vibrant destination where a cosmopolitan, creative audience comes together for a full day-to-night experience.
The concept is an all-day grand café: a place to meet, work, and socialize during the day, transitioning seamlessly into an evening venue offering high-quality food, music, and atmosphere.
The interior architecture was developed within a completely new building. TANK took great care to create a space that is dynamic, surprising, and visually engaging, while remaining highly functional and operationally efficient.
