For those of you who get my blog posts through email, you will most likely (so i've been told) have to go to the actual blog to see the video on my last post. (if you wanted to see it)

Catch up.... Goodbye?
Things have been super busy lately and blogging is just not a priority for me anymore. So this may be goodbye...? Not sure.
For those of you who follow my blog (and are not stalking me on Facebook) you can still keep up with me by viewing my Instagram account. (you don't have to have an account) Then if you see something you would like to know more about, you can contact me and I would happily tell more or send more pics. See my pics at instagram.com/ms_tdub
So a quick update, I got into graduate school. I will be working towards a Master's in Education with an ESL/ELL Endorsement. I'll probably graduate in ten years. ;) And I am still working at Edith Bowen Lab School.
I have been making, on average, a cake a week. It's starting to slow down now though. We will see what happens. Check out my cakes at cakesbytaryl.com
This weekend my friend and I are doing a fundraiser bike ride for CAPSA. We will be riding 45 miles! Going from Wellsville to North Logan and back. If you feel you'd like to donate for the cause, please do! But no pressure. Maybe I can win a prize. :) Go HERE.
I did another triathlon with some friends in August, beating last year's time by 6 min!
Been hiking the last couple weeks. Went to White Pine Lake with my friends Julie and Ryan. And then the next week went to Bloomington Lake with Ryan and Jacob. Still hoping to get a Wellsville Mountain hike on the agenda before it gets too cold. Whether it be across the top again, or just up Deep Canyon.
Triathlon - 300m swim. 12 mile bike. 5k run.
White Pine Lake - This is up Logan Canyon, starting at Tony Grove Lake. 8.25 miles round trip. (my first time)
How the boys get their water:
Fall's coming!
Coop loves his swimming!
My cute boys
Cooper, Trigger, Sydney, and Marley (the kids)
Bloomington Lake - Bloomington, ID (ten miles north of north beach Bear Lake) Beautiful glacier lake with a fun rope swing and cliff jumping into FREEZING water. Good times. :)
The lake water is so clear and such a beautiful green at certain angles. Love it here. I could take pictures all day.
The road to Bloomington Lake. Beautiful falls leaves.

Rope swing into the lake. Ryan and I both did it twice. I only wish Ryan would have kept recording to get the reaction after I came up out of the water. It's SUPER COLD! Knocks the wind out of you. People's reactions are pretty funny. We will have to get it next year. Jacob didn't do the swing but he braved the cold and dunked himself. :) There were a handful of other people there that were fun to watch. This 54 year old guy did a back flip on both his swings. Totally showing us up! They also went over and jumped the cliffs. Someday.... I'll jump 'em.

Card Canyon Hike
Last week, my buddy Toño and I hiked the Card Canyon loop up Logan Canyon. Our wonderful little hiking book said it was 6.5 miles, but it doesn't tell you that you actually have to hike about a mile just to get to the trail head. Lame. My satellite app tracked us going 8.7 miles total, 4 hrs 21 min, burning 3112 calories! Good times. :)
We headed up the east loop.
Made it to the top!
We walked a mile on a forest service road to get to the west loop.
The view was beautiful!

... and because I'm weird, I wanted a pic with some sweet sun glare.
:)

Me and Toño starting the west loop.

This field of yellow flowers was so pretty!

My boys are so cute. :)
Walking side by side.

I also LOVE this picture.
Getting back down into the pine trees.
Watching for Sasquatch to cross the path.
Seriously?! Wouldn't this be the perfect place?!
(too much of Harry and the Hendersons as a child. Haha!)

Ahhh... My boys. So cute.

Don't you just love Trigger's smile? :)
They are in heaven.

Look close!
There are two bears in this picture...
(stand up grizzly straight ahead, and a small black bear
just to the right of the trail.)
:)
The end of this loop crosses the path of the 3D archery range.
Which one day I plan on shooting.
Good burn. Super hot.
Glad most of this trail was in the shade. :)
And little creeks running down for the dogs.
