Boy Oh Boy!

We found out a couple of weeks ago that this little munchkin is a BOY!  We are thrilled and can't wait for the fun and excitement a new baby brings.  Carson and Macy went with us to the ultrasound and they were excited to see their little brother on the screen.  You may have your own opinion but I would not recommend taking kids of their ages (3 & 1) to the ultrasound appointment.  I cried when it was over because they were all over the place and Travis didn't really get to enjoy any of it.

On a side note, the baby measured bigger for where I was as far as weeks and days.  At my last appointment (today), I was told that my due date was moved from July 10 to June 28...bumped almost 2 weeks ahead.  I can't say this is a bad thing. :)  This pregnancy has definitely been different than either of my other two and I am already having pain in areas I would rather not discuss...haha.  Needless to say, Baby Boy Fenn will be welcomed by two excited siblings and his parents whenever he decides to make his entrance.  Love him already even though he does love to kick and move as soon as I lay down for bed. ;)

And...I think I'm back!

So, I am thinking I am back to this fun blogging world.  Don't hold your breath for a bunch of updates just yet, but I do hope to keep up on it a little better for my own sake.  I am probably going to go private though (not sure how soon).  If you want to view my blog, leave me a comment with your email address.  It will not be seen by others.  Ta ta for now! -Brooke

It's a GIRL!!

We are super excited to announce that we are having a baby girl!  I would say both Travis and I went to the appointment thinking that is was going to be another boy.  Being told they were 99% sure it was a girl was quite a wonderful surprise.  We couldn't be more happy and anxious to meet her.

Thanksgiving 2009

We started out our Thanksgiving holiday in Mesa.  We spent Wednesday through Friday afternoon spending time with my family.  Thanksgiving dinner this year was with my mom's side of the family, the Cresons.  It was delicious as always!  I ate so much and just kept going back for more.  I kept telling myself...it's okay...I'm eating for two. :)

We were able to do a little bit of Black Friday shopping mid-morning on Friday.  I didn't find anything in the ads that I felt was worth my time at the wee hours of the morning.  Anyway, we then headed back down to Benson and spent the remainder of the weekend visiting LOTS of Travis' aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.  Also, Steven & Meghan came down too and that is always a fun time.
