Trip to Idaho & Utah

We took a trip to Utah & Idaho in February to baptize our boys and do a little skiing!! It was such a great trip. The boys were so excited to be baptized. Jake baptized them both and their Grandpa's confirmed them. It was such a special day! Look at this storm! It dumped 3 ft. at the ski resort and about 2 in the valleys the day I was driving from Idah ot Utah. It was crazy!

Life with twins returns....

I am having major flashbacks of my little twin days. It is so much fun to see Lawson and Ty playing like they were brotheres. They love, then fight, then love, then kiss and make up. They are having a blast together!

Family of 9....Todd, Kara, and Ty move in!

Kara, Todd, and Ty move in! My brother is starting a concrete coating business (Advanced Concrete Coatings, Inc.) and so we decided to help them out a little by letting them move in with us for a couple of months to get their feet on the ground. So far, so good. The kids all love Ty and Kara is a huge help! Todd is so much fun with all the boys and so we are all getting along just fine. I hope they're handling the crazy life of the Fackrells OK. My boys are off track so it's a pretty crazy household right now.

Twin Day

It was "Twin Day" at Orange Elementary today and boy were my boys excited! They were excited because they could be a twin with someone else besides their brother! It was so cute to see how excited they all were to be twins together! The boys look nothing alike, but they thought they did, so that's all that matters!

Angels date night with my boys!

My boys are OBSESSED with the Angels! If I would let them they would watch every game from the 1st inning to the 9th! They LOVE baseball. Every morning I come down to find them watching "The Final Score" to see all of the previous nights game highlights. It's so funny. They know all the lingo and even watch documentaries on baseball players in their spare time. It cracks me up!
Anyways, so Jake usually takes them to the game, but I took them last night and had a ball! It was a bummer that we lost, because we killed the Yankees the night before, but we filled our disappointment with peanuts, frozen lemonade, and an ice cream sandwich (big enough for all of us to share). It was so much fun! I love my boys and I love watching them be so into something.

My boys are pretty good baseball players themselves. They can't wait for Spring ball again. We can't play winter ball in our league because all the games are on Sunday. The boys are pretty good about it, but I know they wish they could play. I am proud of them for understanding about keeping the sabbath day holy. They love to choose the right, but sometimes it's REAL hard! Love you guys! Thanks for the fun date night!
