Amusing story told to me by another tech

The tech was working with a customer who was unsure if she had created a JFS or JFS2 filesystem. He was explaining that there is a difference in the output of lsfs -q mountpoint. He decided to create a test filesystem in the lab.

Tech: OK, I'm going to create a filesystem on a lab box here, I'll call it $CUSTOMER_NAME
Customer: Wow, you named a filesystem after me. I fell so honored.
Tech: OK, now I'm going to mount $CUSTOMER_NAME
[INSERT LONG, UNCOMFORTABLE SILENCE]
Tech: Err...sorry about that, it didn't even occur to me...
Much laughter ensues.

So, note to self: DON'T name a filesystem after a a female customer, then tell her that you are mounting it.

EDIT: I wonder if she gets surveyed, will she say that she was "Very Satisfied" with the support she received?
