Below is an e-mail we received from our call center regarding a specific user (repeat offender) and her problems...


ALL,

ADMIN$ has called about a problem with BOSS$ monitor. She stated that it is constantly turning on & off. She is sitting on hold and refuses to hang up until I provide her with an ETA of a tech. She has also refused to give me any further info about the problem and is not willing to assist with any phone support. Can anyone assist?


Time to start bringing the hip flask to work...
