What have I gotten myself into?

I've been searching for a tech job for the last 4 months with no luck. So I took the first thing I'm offered... tech support. One of those big tech companies (a blue one) is letting me man their phones for their external contracts. I get to train on the weekday 1st shift for a few weeks, then I'm off to weekend graveyard shift. Saturday and Sunday night, 12 hours each. I'm glad to be working again, but I've done tech support as part of previous sysadmin jobs, so I know what I'm in for. Hope the annoying ones are asleep during my shift.
