Introduction

I work for an internet service provider (ISP for those of you not techie people). I am on the Macintosh team. I used to work Windows, but decided to go for something easier and learn some more.

This is a place to rant about a call you had. Give tips and hints that you have found out while teching. Or just a place for technical support reps to have a place.

I know there are several other LJers that work for some sort of technical support.
