this place just gets better and better.....

so, for some reason, Remedy has been down for us for the past 3 days. all of our Trouble Ticket numbers are generated by Remedy. so, we have no updated Trouble Tickets for system outages for the past 3 days. we have to document our calls in Notepad and just hope that eventually we'll be able to enter them into Remedy. no one knows what the problem is, who's working on it, IF anyone is working on it, or when it's going to be fixed. either that or no one has seen fit to tell any of us any of that info. after all, we're not really that important, we're only the main link between the Company and its precious Customers....

i'm headed quickly toward a burn out....
