OMG

I talked with someone that was inquiring about getting an account. She asked me if we had a local number where she was. I looked it up and I said that we did.

So I start rattling off the rates and what she will get and then she asks me this:

"Is it a long distance call to e-mail Hawaii?"

I didn't know what to say. I think I just blankly stared into space for a few seconds...
