I can't stand customers
Ok, here is the deal...one of our pops is down. The last I heard it was the phone company's problem...he claims to have called the phone company and they said that there is no problems in his area...
RIGHT...like the phone company is going to give him the info on a trouble ticket for the ISP
He's called like 6 times today, the latest he left a voice mail. On the voice mail he says "I can see you guys aren't working after hours to fix the problem"...well DUH...what good does it do us to work in this office if we can't get to the equipment remotely...don't you think we have to be AT the location that is down...dumb fuck
And of course he is giving the whole "I do all my work over the Internet, I'm losing money"..blah blah blah...All I have to say is, don't rely on the Internet so damn much.
