Someone, please, tell me what is so hard about telling someone to type their server name in the address bar.

I tell them, 'OK, you need to type backslash backslash houston. The backslashes are the ones above the enter key. The top leans to the left.'
Yet at least three times a week, they cannot follow these directions. 'I get a search page. I don't see printers.'
Argh.
We won't mention how much trouble they have adding the printers, when all they have to do is double-click the printer and select Yes.
