I've found my happy place... AND BURNED IT TO THE GROUND!!!
Why is it that our other departments can't understand when they need to handle a customer?! I do Best and Shared Web Hosting and E-Mail tech support! I don't handle VPS, Dial-up, DSL, ISDN, Webcom, Tabnet or ANY of those others! But yet, I get transfers from VPS for VPS issues. From Dialup for Dialup issues! I WILL go crazy soon!
