Maybe we'll pull a little switcheroo, and start thinking up reasons for how things are they way they are. In the end, our minds will be expanded, and we will be the wiser. We would have delved into interesting parts of the mind, and examined it all under the microscope.
Or maybe not, because we're too damn tired these days, and in the end, we're still living, and not much has changed.
