Horsey Beach

 We drove over to the Norfolk coast to Horsey Beach to see the seals while they have their babies on the beach.  There were hundreds of seals with their babies lining the beach.

 Then we drove inland a bit to rent a boat to drive up and down the Broads, a river system here in east Anglia.  The boats didn't go very fast so everyone got a turn to drive.

Cambridge

 We drove down to Cambridge for the day to show Uncle Chad while he came for a quick visit during his architectural class in Europe. 

Youth Leadership Weekend

 I was lucky enough to be a leader at our stake's Youth Leadership Weekend.  

 One of our activities was a scavenger hunt all around the city of Norwich.  It was cold and miserable but the kids were smart and amazing.  We had lots of challenges like fitting our whole team in a phone booth.  

These youth are amazing, and I am proud to know them.

Run That Dog

 Curtis often runs Max at the field at RAF Feltwell.  It serves two purposes--tiring out a dog and tiring out children.

Egyptian Mummy Play

 Megan's year put on a play all about Ancient Egypt.

 Megan played a woman selling her daughter to the pharaoh.

Max is One!!

Our puppy has turned one year old.  We ate cake in honor of his birthday, but we shared a tiny bit with him.  He inhaled it so fast that I don't think that he even tasted the chocolate goodness.

Family Trip to Brugge

 We drove over to spend the weekend in Brugge, Belgium.  We spent Saturday there with some family friends.  Brugge is a quiet, hidden gem in Europe.  It may possibly be our favorite city...so far!
