Mickelsen Christmas & New Year's Eve

We headed south to spend a few days with my parents and family. We had a cinnamon roll making party with all the grandkids at my mom's house. Each grandkid got to make their own pan and they loved rolling out the dough and frosting them...

The next day we had our family Christmas party. Per tradition, all the grandkids acted out the nativity and it was Liam's turn to be Joseph...

and Gigi was an angel...

We had a yummy dinner and then exchanged gifts and had a fun white elephant gift exchange!




New Year's Eve
On the afternoon before New Year's Eve, we played some games at my mom's house


That night, Kelly hosted a Murder Mystery Dinner Party! We each had an assigned character to play and had to dress in costume and wear a hat!

During dinner, you had to reveal information about yourself and other characters. Then, after dinner we discovered who was the victim of the crime! We then gathered together to discuss who had done it and reveal the culprit! It was a lot of fun and we all had a great time playing this game. 

After our dinner, it was time to celebrate the New Year! We always do a 'Kids New Year' at 10pm so they aren't up too late :)

Craw Family Pics

Since most everyone was home for Christmas (except Theresa!) we took some family pics with Grandma Jim. This is the best pic we got of Gigi, she had a hard time opening her eyes since it was super bright outside!

Craw Christmas

The Reeder's came over for a few nights and for a yummy dinner. The kids love spending time with their cousins!

 Grandma Craw got Gigi some fun crafts to do and one of them was this cute gingerbread house which Gigi loved decorating!

I think a lot candy was eaten during the decorating process!!!

Santa Clause

Santa Clause came to visit the Craw house and both Gigi and Liam were a little scared of him. But when they found out that he brought them both a present they warmed up to him, just a little.
