Megan's first game

Megan got to cheer at her first Lehi 5th grade football game. She had so much fun...especially cheering at the high school stadium.

This was also Maddie's and my first time coaching our cute little cheer squad. We are so proud of them :) They did a great job...even in the extreme heat.

I haven't blogged in about a year- slacker :) So here I go- back dating for the past year before I forget all of the wonderful memories we have made.

Dance Festival 2010

The girls were so cute in the school dance festival. Megan did The Ice Cream Freeze with the 1st grade and Maddie did The Evolution of Dance 2 with the 6th grade! They had so much fun! This is one of our most favorite days of the school year. (and its fun to check the girls out and take them to lunch one last time before school is out)

Hope of America

We are so proud of our sweet Maddie! She was awarded the Hope of America award from her 6th grade teacher. Her teacher said she awarded this to Maddie because- "she never missed turning in an assignment, she helped other students and she was always kind everyone" We feel so blessed to have such a wonderful daughter!

Monday May 24th!!!

MAY 24th this is what we woke up to- a crazy VERY LATE SNOW STORM!!! This is the last week of school- my girls should be in shorts and t-shirts. Instead we had to get the winter coats and boots, mittens, etc back out so they could go to school. What crazy Utah weather :)

Emmy's last soccer game

We love to watch Emmy play soccer- she is so cute and so fast :) It's so much fun to watch her games! Emmy scored at least 3 times this season- way to go Emmy!

Woman of Steel Triathlon

I did my 1st triathlon- and finished it :) After 10 weeks of training I was somehow ready. We got rained out of the swim, so the race changed to run. bike, run. We ran 1 mile, biked 12 and ran 3 more miles. It was so much fun. I got to run across the finish line with my friend Heidi. Still can't believe I did it- and that I want to do it again next year!
