The Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs is an institute for the innovative infrastructure development of the nanoindustry and related high-tech sectors. The Fund provides support at the pre-sowing, sowing and venture stages of development of innovative companies by creating infrastructure and conditions for technology transfer, incubation and acceleration of small innovative companies.
The Fund’s strategy is aimed at creating institutional and infrastructural conditions, clearing obstacles and restrictions for the creation and development of high-tech businesses in traditional sectors of the economy, as well as in new industries and high-tech markets.
The Fund takes part and provides expert support to executive authorities, development institutions, professional expert community and representatives of innovative companies on the creation of a favorable regulatory environment, implementation/initiation of programs and projects important for the development of innovative economy, and other initiatives of great importance for the development of nanotechnology and related high-tech sectors. The Fund also prepares proposals to improve the regulatory framework for innovation and the development of technological entrepreneurship.
An important area of the Fund’s work was the development and updating of internal strategic documents that take into account the main priorities, goals and objectives of the state innovation and science and technology policy. The experience of participation in the development and implementation of program documents for innovative development of the Russian Federation, participation in the improvement of national legislation and well-established, effective mechanism of interaction with the innovation ecosystem participants allows us to qualitatively work out targets and tasks in key areas of the Fund's activities within the framework of the long-term strategy.
Фонд инфраструктурных и образовательных программ создан в 2010 году в соответствии с Федеральным законом
Высшим коллегиальным органом управления Фонда является Наблюдательный совет. Согласно уставу Фонда, к компетенции совета, в частности, относятся вопросы определения приоритетных направлений деятельности Фонда, его стратегии и бюджета. Председателем Правления Фонда, являющегося коллегиальным органом управления, является Председатель Правления ООО «УК «РОСНАНО» Анатолий Чубайс, генеральным директором Фонда — Андрей Свинаренко.
