Church History Trip!

We are SO excited to be invited to join the Cotter family on their church history trip this summer! Thirty days and counting!!

 

Day 8....Final Day on the Ship

 Final day on the ship. Cruising back to the good ole U.S.A. the winds were fierce. They even had to drain the swimming pools because the water was sloshing all over the decks and making it too slippery to walk! Scary!

The big girls wanted to go out to the deck and check it out. Woah!!

Everyone LOVED our waiter Peter. The little boys were especially fascinated with him. He was so great with them! When they started quizzing him about what goes on "behind the scenes" he decided to sneak them in! They were SO excited! I sent my camera with Peter to document Jace on his "tour".

Loved having dinner every night with NO kids! Peter took great care of them at the "kid table" we had lots of laughs at the "adult table".

After dinner the adults hit the comedy club. We were minus Auntie Laura in this photo because the high winds on the ship made her sick. :(

 

This was the GREATEST trip! We had the BEST time with the most AMAZING people! Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for the most awesome Christmas present ever!!

Day 7....Halliday Karaoke Night!

The Halliday's invaded the Karaoke Lounge tonight! We had way too much fun. The little girls and the babies had a great time dancing on the stage while everyone took their turn entertaining the crowd.

So much fun! Karaoke night is a Halliday must. Not sure I've laughed that hard in a long time!

Day 6....Puerto Vallarta

We woke up this morning in beautiful Puerto Vallarta! We put on our "Team Halliday" shirts (created for us by Aunt Jacci) and headed to our Pirate Ship excursion.  We had a GREAT time!

When we boarded the ship the pirate put the kids in "pirate jail". :) Luckily they let them out and we headed down into the ship for breakfast. At breakfast they handed out Dramamine to everyone (this turned out to be a good thing) Everyone but Uncle Greg partook of the motion sickness medication. Some were still sick but Uncle Greg was definitely the sickest. :(

Our family was given our very own pirate for the day. His name was Alvin and he took GREAT care of us!

Today was Kaleb's 13th birthday. I think he thought spending his birthday on a Pirate Ship was pretty great!

On our way to the private beach the pirates put on a show for us. They called Hannah and Aunt Tanya up on stage but Hannah got too scared and they came back down. Lucky for Tanya since the little girls were blindfolded and had to feed their mamas baby food as fast as they could. :)

The big girls, Jacci, Tanya, Trent, and I did a little souvenir shopping after we got off the Pirate Ship. We got what we needed and got out of there! I hate bartering!
