Yes or no

Perfect example of what I call delusional dodgeball. Perhaps the dept head of a maternity ward can answer the most basic question. This is why people despise politicians. This is why I despise ‘science.’ This woman can’t be trusted with anything and is a danger to society.

Then again, we can always go with ‘male and female created He them.’

Cold as ICE

You have seen the vids. Not a good look. There is blame to go around. There is ‘hang him high’ coming from all directions. A woman was killed. A man pulled the trigger.

Image

There is ‘it’s all her fault.’ People take sides and call opposing views demonic.

I take the correct approach. Wait until there is a thorough investigation to bring to light of day things perhaps you are not aware of. Since when do we pronounce guilt before a charge is even brought?

Yes, there needs be a thorough review. Period.

Monet would be jealous

I am of the opinion that the so called ‘big bang’ was anything but. It was quiet, orchestrated by the Conductor who aligned the stars, putting into motion the electricity of Aurora, directing the waters where water is needed, fashioning color to please Himself, displaying light as a shadow of glory, and dotting the sky with stars not rocks, that men be without excuse doubting Him, creating animals having zero human potential, noting the distinction between the sun and moon, proving that there be no competition.

There was no bloody mess in this ‘bang.’ There were no broken bones. There was no chaos. It was not a screeching guitar played by apes with ten thumbs. It was pure music. It was a masterpiece never to be replicated by Xerox. Michelangelo interpreted it with his hands and brush.

Take a blanket and shake it. Make the blanket huge. Add some color. There’s your sunset graced heavens.

All mankind innately agrees by the simple baking of a cake. We bow the knee to the Creator by simply breathing. In Him we live and move and have our being.

Bethlehem and a star

Sending readers to this site and post. Please take the time to visit/read/ and comment. The writer artfully said ‘work’ like this is more enjoyable, albeit the time and energy needed to collate such depth of thought.

Snow. Is it natural?

It’s that time of year in some places when the earth is blanketed with white from on high. Can you fathom the sheer weight of snow feet deep covering many states? Are you not impressed with the kingdom where man has no say?

Image

Can you not but appreciate the magnificence of snow? Can you not see that evolution is silenced by the majesty of the seasons? Year after year, like a clock, on time, and more opportunity to see firsthand the glory of God? Which reminds me.

Hear the Creator’s very thoughts on snow:

Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail?’ No, we have not.

It’s one thing to read this, but another to actually ponder the depth of the ramifications. The treasures. The storehouse. The owner of the shop. The dispatching. Trouble is, we only wear the eyeglasses of earth in our nearsightedness, and cannot look beyond our own self-importance.

and again:

he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.’

So we see the fact that no, snow is not a random act of cosmic serendipity, but brought forth from the gates of heaven, so men can see the glory of God where mankind usually finds fault. Snow is the Goliath of winter but boasting in quietness. Snow wins every battle and does not care what opinions we may have.

In the meantime, take the moment to enjoy such gifts not given in all places, being a sister to the Northern Lights.

Chaos or order?

Put on your thinking cap today ye far and near, ye ally and opponent. Asked a man ‘how was the cake made,’ referring to his asking for ‘proof’ of a creator.

Image

People need to get out more. That is, get out of the mental rut of indifference, and enjoy the mountains. Look at those majestic peaks of Matterhorn, Denali, Fuji, Everest, Shasta, Kilimanjaro, look at the water flowing with utmost harmony, listen to the birds sing in agreement with natures Conductor, sit and ponder blood and bones, male and female, (not the 52 Disney version of the mental magic kingdom…….) peer into the divine consistency of the stars in the heavens, the minute movement of the sun and moon, the enjoyment of hot and cold, now then:

This beauty and order is random or chaotic? This great beauty is merely serendipitous? Accidental? The cake that made itself for you to enjoy…. ?

Can I invite you to then witness a blanket of snow and hear the quiet thunder of an earth at rest? The four seasons of perpetual glory demonstrate an order that cannot be fabricated or given to chaos, proving the eternal lie of a ‘big bang’ train wreck that kills everybody and leaving no witnesses.

Can I invite you to mod in approval with this message?

Ques. of the day

Image

What shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Well, what?

Is silence golden?

I am laughing in my sadness for some people’s kids. When you see a brat in the grocery store, blame it on the parents. When you see an impulsive teen, he has poor manners. When you see the girl with zero modesty, lots to blame there.

Image

These things have something in common: the lack of restraint to do what’s right. Why though? Many reasons, but wanting your own way is at the top of the list. Wanting to be seen and heard. Wanting to be king or queen of the prom. The inability to be quiet is a dead giveaway of immaturity.

Blogging is a good way to express ideas and sharpen iron with others. How we handle objections and ill tempered customers says more about us than them.

Was banned by SOM ( yes, it’s good to identify certain parties) for daring to challenge certain narratives. To be labeled a pagan idolater and a Marxist is clearly out of this world. While Silence has a reputation for having zero tolerance for atheists and Democrats, now he is anti- Christian. Hmmm. So silence wants to be king of the prom. That’s nice.

But as an alleged educator, imagine the teacher tossing out all students who raise objections. I’m pretty sure my grasp of reality and scripture is stronger than most, so to be cited a pagan idolater is I suppose a feather in the cap, after all, the apostle Paul was said to be a madman……

Don’t be that loud mouthed punk in the grocery store. As the better person, I welcome one and all to my blog to trade ideas.

Honest inquiry is always a good thing.

It never gets old does it?

Earths setting Sun Tampa Bay

Wonder of wonders, miracle of miracles. Who says the supernatural doesn’t exist? Every day we are graced with undeserved favour.

Don’t think this is super? Ha! You try it. Gather up the material and go make yourself a sun; pick a sun any sun, make it. Kind of shuts our mouths eh?

I hear men boast of their ‘vast knowledge’ of the heavens, taking note of alleged trillions of miles, rambling on about things they have never seen, while blind to the miraculous sun just over yonder.

The daily sun indicts man’s ignorance of God’s providence, while they scorn Him who provides light and heat. And not just that, but unsurpassing beauty seen daily.

Have another look at the preaching of your heart and nature’s Teacher.

Bless your cotton socks

Ever seen this?

Up close and personal

So we thank evolution and the alleged ‘bang bang’ for these fields of wonder and awe. Cotton in full bloom in Georgia USA.

Why should there be cotton for man to enjoy? How does random dirt decide to produce such an accidental product?

Instead of thanking God and bowing in humble adoration……. I cannot conceive of a life denying tbe Creator as Sovereign over His obvious creation.

Can you imagine?

Was having a conversation the other day re. music, and the topic of concerts and orchestras came up.

Image

Now then, in your wildest dream, imagine a chimp playing the violin, and a trio of apes playing the flute, the piano, and the harp.

No, I can’t either.

Oh the details.

Love seeing this by other people who also appreciate scriptures jeweled connections and perfections.

Image

There is more sound biblical theology here by this gal than found in a thousand so-called seminaries and depots of unbelief. And you, you once former alleged professor, watch in silent wonder at all the facts proven by history and the careful recording of names and dates preserved as a testament to the utter truth of God’s word.

The cherubim eh?

‘So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.’

Image

Upon the first reading and mention, one would honestly admit ‘what in the world are these Cherubim?’ And rightly so.

But as scripture demands to the soft heart, we get ‘here a little and there a little,’ patiently waiting for more light to dispel any darkness, until we reach that pearl which explains: ‘ And over it the cherubims of glory shadowing the mercyseat; of which we cannot now speak particularly,’ which speaks of that wonderful covenant that a trained ear recognizes.

Yet, after all the history of gain and loss, we still cannot ‘now speak particularly.’ Love that. The subject is so wide and deep, so vast, that one must tread slowly and carefully ere the glory of God can be fathomed, and when the eye is opened, the bottomless pit of wonder turns the eye upward.

Music of the night?

Ever heard the black capped chickadee at 3am? The sparrow? The cardinal? Dove? Didn’t think so.

Image

The Creator has gifted our ears with birds that enjoy the light; the night is reserved for dark shadows. One would think that by now evolution would have stepped in to provide songbirds for they who work night shift……

But, the darkness comprehended it not.

The voice above all

It’s great to have ears, to hear music, laughter, babies crying, (politicians not so much) the baas of lambs, cows mooing, tractors plowing, machinery working, birds chirping, friends gabbing, you get the point.

Image

But do we comprehend what we hear? Fair question I suppose. What do you ‘hear’ when your ears fall upon water in a stream over rocks? What do you ‘hear’ when your ears happen to be the object of the greatest thunder?

Aah yes, thunder. The voice above all, that voice that immediately arrests your attention, that voice that you cannot ignore, that voice that shakes your bones as if you were in a small room with nowhere to hide. Well guess what neighbor? That voice is a mere dropling from the majesty of God, that clear, that clean, that incomparable voice, (that can be compared to nothing) that sound that commands and demands immediate attention, that demonstrable proof of One greater, that Owner of nature’s delights, that resounding echo of scripture’s confirmation, that indeed, His voice is as the sound of MANY waters.

Can you possibly fathom this greatness? The language is universal. It needs not interpreted. This tongue does not babel. The purity in both awe and awfulness is stentorian in its obviousness. God’s word is like that. Clear as crystal with no ambiguity, meant to be heard. Meant to be understood.

It is embarrassing to hear of an alleged ‘big bang’ as if God was involved with a train wreck producing mass casualty. No. Birds and waterfalls are not nauseous noises. Thunder ‘claps,’ as if the Conductor is applauded. This is neither a noise or a bang. WE hear of people getting thunderous ovations for singing lousy songs or for getting a plastic award. Really, you are going with that, to put thunder with the status of a garage sale? Not too smart.

And don’t come crying to me argentina with ‘science!’ for the explanation of avoiding the voice of God. For the love of God you can’t even get right why it rains. Hope you find yourself in massive awe the next time you are alone and your veins rattle and you are asked to decide whether you god is science, or there is one God above science.

Luv those weeds

Trying to grow something? Flowers, fruit, vegetables, herbs, and anything else?

Image

How are those weeds? Among the lush vegetation that you desire, thrives and survives the arch enemy of real estate, weeds. Yep, without effort they appear, as uninvited guests that steal valuable space and create unwanted sweat and maybe a few curse words.

You would think that by now evolution dared to step in and say ‘begone ye trespasser!’ But no, alive and well do they rule the day. Which brings me to this:

Once more scripture stands tall, and acts as president as it affirms the truth of God through nature regarding harvesting:

‘Both thorns and thistles it shall bring forth for you,
And you shall eat the herb of the field.
In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread
Till you return to the ground,
For out of it you were taken;
For dust you are,
And to dust you shall return.’

Ah yes, that infallible word of God that settles forever the gripes of men. I want lilies. I have to fight the nettles. I want peas, I have to fight the poison ivy. The sweat. The toil. The memory of creation’s mistakes perfected by men and women.

But of course the happy recognition that truth prevails forever. The ground is both friend and foe. Anybody that works with dirt knows this inescapable fact. But cry out to evolution to stop this nonsense. Ha!

Scripture is always relevant, always true, and always avoided. Let God be true, and every man a liar.

Happy gardening.

Are you color blind?

Do you know that God made color, and that He enjoys it immensely? The blue sky, the never ending sea of green foliage; Cerulean, turquoise, aqua, cadet, navy, all the blues of the seas, sandwiched between the whites of cloud, color, for our pleasure as well as His, that we may enjoy life abundantly.

Image

Saw another rainbow the other day, and I marveled at the exquisite 7 visible colors, stemming from the 3 primaries of blue, yellow, and red.

Science may try to steal the show, but no can do. The perfection of the bow in all its glory points to the God of all glory. No black bow today, as death must wait. He reminds us of the beauty of His promises, such is the sun after the storm. It’s His way.

Accidental or evolutionary creation has no answer for color. The rainbow and its color need not change, and CANNOT BE IMPROVED UPON. Take that ye godless or stubborn customer!

Lydia the seller of that rare purple, the dye or the linen, so majestic and glad she was noted. The scarlet tie of Rahab. The blue in the priestly garb. The cherubim of gold which was of glory. The dazzling precious stones of sapphire, emerald, amethyst beryl, all point to the giver of color.

Is there a person alive with vision who is not instantly arrested by the sight of that arc of wonder? Yet what do we do? Nothing to see here, so what, just a combination of heat, cloud, pressure, altitude, yep, just a freak of nature. Sure thing Sherlock.

Image

So I saw a twin view of the bow, up close and personal, and fully orbed. Need I say more?

Who are you anyway?

When I read Job, especially the 38th in the illustrious language of the kjv, I am instantly arrested in heart, mind, and conscience as to the ultimate glory of God, and His all encompassing excellence, sovereignty, wisdom, goodness, and unequalled One in every possible way.

Image

Snow. Rain. Hail. Clouds. Lightning. Constellations. Oceans. The shore. The deep.

Who are you to declare that 4 ft of snow in all its grandeur is a result of an untimely or purposeless creation?

Can you separate light from darkness? Can you? Why not? If so, declare it now!

Who are you to say these things are not ordered by design and purpose? Who are you to dare to admit that lightning is as irrelevant or accidental as dirty laundry?

Job 38 demands men to think honestly about things they assume baked into their bias, with God’s questions like the perfect arrow to the conscience with nowhere to hide. But He does so not to punish us, but to make us better people, in character and purpose.

The book of Job perfectly examines the heart of men, and asks the reader to consider who God is, and who man is, what He gives, and what He allows to be taken away, with God always good.

Take the challenge and dare to be humbled.
