The Mended Drum

I’m a 30-year old female gamer from the Netherlands with a passion for World of Warcraft, other games, books and animals.
I’m also a control freak, which I managed to express by being an officer and co-running a guild for a few years in WoW to the delight of my guildies 😀

I currently play on 2 different EU servers with 3 different characters:

<EU-Terenas> – Flames of the Phoenix – is where my resto shaman Riccah heals her little heart out. This casual 10-man raiding guild is currently cleaning up the goo in ICC, with Riccah happily trotting along carrying her totems with her everywhere she goes. I joined the healing ranks here of fellow bloggers and SAN-EU members Elsen and Zalduun.

This is also where my level 80 draenai protection warrior Mandoreallan is residing. He is in his senior year of heroics tanking and almost ready to graduate to Raid Tanking something like ToC10, which he is very excited about! Recently he got baptized off-tanking VoA25, which was a hectic but valuable learing experience (like where NOT to have certain raid-addons…)

<EU-Kul Tiras>  is where my retired night elf assasination rogue Caelis lives now. He is mostly enjoying the quiet life, while his daggers are rusting and collecting dust in the cupboard, every now and again showing the kids that’s he’s still got the reflexes and the moves. He’s unguilded at the moment, biding his time. He’s thinking about maybe moving to another server as well, but is a bit hesitant about it.

<EU-Argent Dawn> – Single Abstract Noun – is the new blogging community guild started up by Tamarind and also has a US chapter hosted by Miss Medicina. I have a Horde Tauren protection warrior here (distant distant cousin of Mandorellan?) who I enjoy being a nooby with.
