You are not just the audience.
You are the art.

The Play is a private, members driven cultural ecosystem where intimacy, creativity, and human connection are explored as living art.

Through immersive environments, intimacy exercises, and interactive art, we create spaces where connection feels intentional, expression feels alive, and beauty emerges through participation.

This is a space for people who value depth over display.
Where presence shapes the moment and compersion is felt, not performed.

There are no masks or hierarchy to hide behind.
The experience is co-created in real time.

If that feels exciting, you may belong here.

The Pillars

Care is our foundation; embracing healthcare, self-care, and community care. As California’s only ticketed event requiring STI testing for all guests, we are redefining the culture of play parties by normalizing testing and prioritizing people knowing their status. We foster a space where safety, respect, and pleasure are met with care.

Consent isn’t a tool to get what we want, it is how we take care of each other. We emphasize enthusiastic consent, celebrating “No” as much as “Yes,” and encourage guests to share their D.I.B.S.: Desires, Intentions, Boundaries, and Sexuality for transparent communication and consensual interactions.

The purpose of The Play is connection; authentic, meaningful, and multifaceted. We create a space that fosters emotional, intellectual, creative, and sensual bonds, empowering individuals to connect beyond the physical. At The Play kindness is the currency and connection is the treasure.

This is the party for artists, a celebration of individuality and artistic expression. Every element of The Play is crafted into a vibrant, one-of-a-kind experience, where creativity fuels our community. From curated performances to personal contributions, you’re not just the audience, you are the art.

The Play is more than a party, it’s a community where individuality, creativity, and open communication come together. Uniting like-minded individuals in an inclusive space, we foster acceptance, collaboration, and shared values, creating something truly unique and special.

The Application

Applying to The Play is a request for consideration, not a guarantee of entry.

The process begins with a written application. Responses should be thoughtful and reflective.
Interviews, when offered, are thirty-minute conversations designed to ensure mutual clarity and fit. The interview is not about approval. It is about alignment.
We are intentional about who enters The Play Network because the culture depends on it.

Apply → Interview → Membership → Participation

Application reviews typically take one to two weeks.
