Newport paradise!

We had the best vacation ever up in Newport this Summer with Bart's family.

We hope we can make this a family tradition for sure!

We spent the majority of our days swimming/surfing at the local beaches....

Lounging at the pool...

Getting cartoon character selfies...

going to Balboa Island to ride bikes and get Balboa Bars....

playing games with the cousins

Going to church and visiting the newport Beach temple!

and taking a million photos and creating even more memories!

All thanks to Grandma and Grandpa! We love you both and are so grateful for the family get togethers and fun times we have with one another!

Newport will be missed!!!

3rd Annual Ugly Sweater Party!

It all starts with an ugly sweater that you attempt to make even uglier [by adding ornaments and embellishments]

Get the house festive and ready complete with wrapped prizes and reindeer bark goody bags...

The guests start coming, the cookies arrive, 

and the fun begins....

 I made some little Ugly sweater signs and we added the Christmas props for some great photos.

These crazies kept making the best faces and poses...

we also had a little contest before our 

White Elephant exchange....the girls that won fit the descriptions perfectly!!!

I mean come on...can it get any uglier?

Picture Time.....

I am so excited that it is Fall and we are getting closer to the Holidays.  Even though Jingle Bells and hot chocolate still seem a long way away - it will be here before you know it! Leave the stress of the family photo out of your Holiday check-list and call me to book your appointment...We can head to the beach, the fields, a park - you decide!  I will be booking through the next several weekends from now until the 2nd week of November. I can't wait to photograph your family!!!

Beginning of a new year!

I kind of hate this - Summer goes by way too fast and than they are starting up again - homework, carpools, lunches, you know the dreaded drills!The older my kids get the more I enjoy having them around and I am realizing how limited my time is with them....Happy school year little ones!

Swiss Days - Best trip ever!!!

I could not help but laugh as I went through my pictures from Swiss Days - most of them revolved around food - we ate way too much, shopped until every store was closed, and had the best time being with each other!!! {We missed you Jeanne} As usual, we hit the ground running and never stopped....being with us is not for the faint of Heart - it is an exercise of sorts to make it through every store from Salt Lake to Provo 

and eat as you go along!!!!
