Will AI Make My Skills Irrelevant?

       It is a question many of us may consider while we are pursuing our career. The answer? It depends on how you respond to change.      AI is getting faster and smarter, and it is already performing more difficult tasks - coding, answering customer inquiries, and producing art more easily. So yes, if the work you perform is menial, repetitive, or easily automated, your skills may become obsolete. But you don't have to see it that way.      AI continues to struggle with "creative" talent, with thinking strategically, with emotional intelligence, or with leading others. Machines cannot provide a human perspective, creativity, flexibility, or judgment - these are the skills you should develop.       So instead of running from AI, learn how to use it. Use the tools.
