Ever wondered what hackathons are all about are all about? Want to get your feet wet, see if you like it, before venturing into a bigger event? Interested in meeting local hackers, or in learning a new skill without having to risk getting an F in your class?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, I want you to join us at Cupertino High School for a 12 hour local hack day, sanctioned by Major League Hacking.
What is a hackathon? Hackathons provide a venue for self-expression and creativity through technology.
Who should come- Hackers, designers, and anyone who loves building apps or other things. If you are nervous, still learning, or want to write your first line of code thats fine too.
When: December 6th, 2014
Where: Cupertino High School, 10100 Finch Avenue Cupertino, CA 95014
Why are we different? - We'll be focusing on certain languages such as Android, iOS, and HTML/CSS, and we're right here in the Valley.
Target Audience: High School kids and people who know nothing about coding and want to learn.
