When you switch tabs, it ends the live chat support. This seems designed to prevent complaints from getting addressed. You also get stuck in a subscription for at least 2 months after you have cancelled it, which you can't do directly. You have to talk to support in order for them to submit a request to cancel your subscription. edit: they replied, but still haven't cancelled my subscription even though I have submitted multiple requests and the next two months of services are scheduled.

READ THE REVIEWS HERE. They charged me repeatedly for services I never received. They continued charging my card after my subscription was canceled 3 times, so I had to cancel my credit card to stop further charges. They said no refund was possible since the original card was canceled. UPDATE: After 4 months of phone calls & emails (from me and my bank) they sent me an Amazon gift card for the full amount. If you haven't signed up with them yet, I don't recommend it.

0 Stars if I could, the prices for restaurants on the app are insanely different from the actual prices. Scummy behavior during check out since the app automatically includes a $5 tip and the box for their subscription bundle ($10 a month) is already checked, you need to adjust BOTH of these upcharges every time before submitting your order. DO NOT buy anything through this, whoever made this deserves to go bankrupt.
