For starters, thanks for showing interest in CNH's lovely program: Member Recognition. This program is dedicated to acknowledging YOUR work and efforts towards Key Club throughout this term. In MRP, the possibilities are endless! If you are a dues-paid member shooting for bronze, silver, gold, or even platinum, we are here to help guide YOU on the process! 

We recommend looking over the CNH Key Club cyber key to familiarize yourself with MRP. HERE is a link to the MRP Rubric and HERE is a link to an MRP checklist! Utilize these resources when tracking your requirements! Please keep in mind that the hours and events only from April 14, 2024 to January 31, 2025 will be counted towards your MRP level.

MRP achievements are submitted by your club secretary! Be sure to have contact with them to ensure that your hours and requirements are being accurately marked down.

This form is to help your LTG and MRC get an idea of where our members are in terms of knowledge on MRP or requirements! As always, do not hesitate to contact either of us with any questions, comments, or concerns that you may have.
