We need your support by sharing your input and voting on the Community Schools grant in this six-minute survey. 

If awarded, we could receive up to $500,000  per year for the next five years   to improve the educational outcomes of our students by implementing the Community Schools strategy. 

A Community School strengthens the connection between schools, families, and the community to enhance educational outcomes and  foster a sense of belonging. Community Schools prioritize both the academic learning and the  social-emotional, physical, and mental well-being of our students.
