Note: Special conditions may apply instead of or in addition to these general conditions for the specific event for which you are registering. Where applicable, such conditions are announced on the event website. Where such conditions contradict these general conditions, the special conditions take precedence.
GÉANT accepts payment via credit card or, in special cases, by Bank Transfer.
Credit Card payment is available until 5 June 2026 via the registration portal and onsite at TNC26.
No credit card details will be stored on the GÉANT Vereniging servers, all payment details are passed to the credit card handler in real-time. VAT invoices will be sent out per event per registration.
Requests for Bank Transfer payment must be made before 11 May 2026 via tnc@geant.org .
Payment must be made by bank transfer within 30 days of receiving the proforma invoice and prior to 18 May 2026, whichever is earlier.
VAT invoices will be issued on receipt of payment.

We recommend taking out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance for your registration fee, hotel and airline booking. This is often included with credit card transactions, but check your own policy for details.
Please also ensure that you have appropriate health insurance coverage.
Please check beforehand if you need a visa for the country where the event is held and inform yourself about the visa application procedures and the time needed for processing a visa application.
