Gunung Gading

30-oct-2005, 7am, our journey towards Gunung Gading National Park begun.
It is located within Lundu area, around 100km from Kuching, hmm, quite far..
It is famous with the Biggest Flower, Rafflesia. I purposely went there to see that flower, cause I heard it is glooming.



Weather in Kuching, crazy crazy recently, always raining, luckily that day is Sunny Day...



After 1 hour and 30 minutes, finally... we were arrived.... huuu...



Main Office, registered and bought ticket there, RM10 per person, same as Matang Wildlife Center.



Alright, lets start!! Target is to see Rafflesia !!
Ooopss... When we just about to start, we met an officer there, he told us: "Bunga dah buka, tapi kamu orang tak dapat lihat lah, kerana ia dalam Jungle Trek"
Clk, belum start aledi been looked down by ppl :<

We were using Rafflesia Trail... hope can see it lah...


Found this little fellow, caterpillar, scared me... Again !!
Why I always been scared by this little thing, last time in Matang Wildlife oso... sien...



Aduh... Didn't see any flower... ARRGGG...
Turn a big round, went back to starting point...
However, we found this 'pond', I believe is human made pond, but the water is from the moutain stream, so is very clear, and very cold... nice nice nice....







Not manage to find tat Rafflesia, so we changed our destination, towards Waterfall no3.
Ok, lets Restart !!

Finally, we reached Waterfall no3... yeahh... very very tired... but when feel those cold and clear stream water... wow... refresh.... hahaha
However, we don't dare to swim there, coz water quite deep, although my skill very good, but after think of those whirlpools and 'some-one looking for replacement' :P haha.. better don't take risk lah :P

As the waterfall's water is too deep, so we went back to that human-made-pond to play water...
BUT!! That pond got alot of mosquitoes... I was surrounded by them$@#$#@$@# I HATE mosquitoes

Anyway, the water there really 'song', very very cold.. If not because of those clk mosquitoes, I will sure stay longer and not just 20 minutes... aiii sien... :(
