I've been kinky and thinking the same for more than twenty years, but it's only since I found a few local munches in Winchester and Christchurch that I did much about it.
After coming onto LJ, and seeing how much fun was had at Bicon 2003, I went to '04, and had a blast meeting some great people. I helped out with 2005 as well. That has also led me into the (mainly London-based) Bi & Poly community.
There's a list of filters I use (to classify more than post specifically to) and a first post that has my contact details for some trusted friends.
