Still have size M/L and have ordered a M since the first hat was too large. Waiting for M order and then will return original Size M/L. Liked the product I had but needed to size down.

Nice hat but can you advise me the brim is a bit mis-shapen due to transit. What’s the best way of reshaping.

Good quality and very cozy
This is a neat, comfortable warm beanie. The wool outer layer is soft and simple, and the fleece lining is not sweaty. The size is great for my 7 and a quarter head. Delivery from China took five days.

The XXL size just what I need, and practically impossible to find from mainstream sources. The hat has excellent quality and comes with a handy kit to fine tune the fit.
I have a 22" head and bought the Black M/L. It is perfection. Comfortable and warm. Not itchy and not too tight nor too loose. The bill is longer rather than wider and so provides a natural, protective awning for those who wear glasses while venturing out in the soggy Pacific Northwest. The ear flaps add a cozy barrier to the cold but not so snug as to muffle conversation. Great product design.
