- Upload the entire central-connect folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
- Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.

I think it’s practically useless for ordinary users, as it’s exclusively for their paid system Central Inmotionhosting, and thus there’s no need for a plugin settings page at all.
