How much does this cost?

Our pricing is tailored to the size of your organization and its unique needs across in-person interactions, contact center, digital channels, and back-office operations. While we’re not necessarily the cheapest option, our solutions are designed to provide exceptional value compared to the growth and loyalty they can help you achieve.

We start with an initial evaluation to determine whether we can bring value to your organization. If so, we proceed with a contract that renews annually, with pricing based on the number of physical locations (branches) and the size of your contact center team.

Do we need additional hardware or software?

For Fire Lingo Face-to-Face, we provide all the hardware required, though the Fire Lingo app can also be installed on your staff’s mobile devices. For Fire Lingo Contact Center, our solution integrates seamlessly with your existing contact center software. Fire Lingo Cloud operates entirely online, so no additional hardware or software is needed.
